PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) CLARIFICATION TEXT

    This clarification text has been prepared to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

    Data Controller:
    Your personal data is processed by Mendel Health Travel in the capacity of data controller.

    Purposes of Processing Personal Data:
    Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing healthcare services, conducting medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, planning and managing healthcare services, appointment procedures, managing patient satisfaction processes, and fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations.

    Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data:
    Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically during the provision of healthcare services, based on the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

    Transfer of Personal Data:
    Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, and to business partners and service providers for the execution of healthcare services, in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

    Rights of the Data Subject:
    Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

    • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
    • Request information if your data has been processed,
    • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
    • Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad,
    • Request correction if your data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
    • Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
    • Request notification of such corrections or deletions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
    • Object to any outcome against you that arises from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
    • Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful data processing.
